Any shipment enters Tanzania by air MUST be declared and cleared by Tanzania Customs Authority. We are asking our customers who are using our services to prepare a list of items along with the value of each item and present to us during shipment. All packages MUST verified the contents by our shipping clark, we encourange our customers not to seal a package to allow us to make verification. In case of any lost or damage, we will follow standard rules to make any correction or reimbursement.
